Paying Off Your Provider Balance
Normally, your provider balance with WebServius should never become negative – after all, we only make money when you do!
However, if for some reason your balance does become negative (for example, due to a customer chargeback related to one of your services after we have already paid you), you need to submit a payment to WebServius within the time limits described in the Provider Agreement. Please contact support@webservius.com for payment instructions.
